Ibis Luzern Kriens Hotel

We enjoyed the central location and how fairly clean the place was kept. Everything was great, yet a few employees were not so good. The breakfast was tasty and offered plenty of excellent food.

the location was picturesque, the bed was big, and the staff was absolutely amazing.

The accommodation provided essentials for our trip, we loved staff and cleanliness. Delightful view, a nice balcony, comfy bed, too. We stayed for 1 night here, loved Kriens district. The restaurant was particularly good and its basic dishes are to die for. Irish bar and excellent pool. Special experience and great value.

Loved that the hotel was peaceful. Staff were ALWAYS CHEERFUL and kept the place reasonably clean. Picturesque sea view, enjoyable room. They served good food for breakfast, which was more than adequate.

My stay was great here. Staff were outstanding, wi-fi was great, and I really enjoyed its perfect location so close to an industrial area, train and city centre. Very good check in and in general good service.

Spectacular location, it was a really amazing experience. Room had a nice size bathroom that we loved. Stunning design, good beds. Perfect breakfast, accommodating service.

Best possible location, huge room, reasonably large bathroom, caring folks. I got free upgrade and liked it. Modern lobby. Dined at Restaurant Waldegg, it was at a near distance from the venue.

Had a really comfortable time. The hotel was fairly clean and staff were absolutely nice, everything was exceptional. Enjoyed Lucerne, the property was great value for money. Smooth check-in and helpful customer service😀
